I'm all moved into my new place. Mostly settled, and loving it. So much more space - it's great. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I just love being able to see my family! We almost had a major tragedy - we forgot to make lefse! Carol was in Mexico for a week +, and it just slipped our minds. We ended up getting potatoes & making everything on Monday night. It was really fun - we're getting really good at it, so it only took about 2 1/2 hours to make 5 lbs of potatoes into perfect pieces of lefse. Now our Thanksgiving will be complete. :-) We'll be planning ahead to make some for Christmas. That should be fun too - there are people from my work that are very interested in learning how to make lefse, so they're coming over to help make one batch. Then we'll have another get together with the cousins to make lefse for the fam. You can never have too much lefse! I've thought about making it and selling it - but it take a lot of work, and my sister has all of the equipment. Maybe I'll borrow the stuff & do it one of these days...
So I called a psychic this past weekend. That was very interesting. She talked a lot about 'great success' by next June with something that I love (photography?), my creativity, artistic ability, and technology (the internet?). I just created a calendar out of my photography & listed it online for sale. I'm anxious to see if anyone buys it!
